Foundation Seed Advisory Committee:
Five member committee appointed by the association President.  The committee will review the association's Foundation Seed Program and recommend policies and procedures.

Seed Certification Advisory Committee:
Five members appointed by the association President.  The certification Committee will review certification standards and procedures and make recommendations to the Board of Directors and members.

Promotion and Education Committee:
Members:  Association Vice President is chairperson.  Other members are appointed by the association President.  A member appointed representing seed growers, a representative from commercial seed firms, a representative from Washing State University Extension, and a representative from the Washington Association of Wheat Growers.
The committee will study the education needs of WSCIA members and the public to develop programs to increase use of certified seed.  They will recommend the yearly promotion plan and budget to the Board of Directors.
