WINTER SEED TREATMENT:  The new CruiserMax Cereal Custom Blend .50(Div. Xtrm, Rancona, Cruiser & Apron XL) will be used to treat all fall planted seed sold by the WSCIA-FSS Program, with the recently introduced Proceed w/Gaucho continuing to be used for all spring crops.  The inclusion of Cruiser or Gaucho seed applied insecticides will now be a standard part of our treatment package.  The addition of other seed additives or starter fertilizers on a custom basis will no longer be available.  These changes are being made to control costs of your Foundation seed purchases.

SPRING SEED TREATMENT:  Raxil XT will be used again this spring to treat all spring planted grain seed sold by the WSCIA,with Dividend Extreme continuing to be used for fall planted crops.  This combination of seed treatments for fall and spring planting will provide customers with the best available seed protection for their crops.  The new Proceed^tm seed treatment offered by Bayer CropScience will be carefully studied this crop year and may be adopted by Foundation Seed Services in another year.  Gaucho seed applied insecticide will also be available if requested early enough by the customer.  A standard application rate of .33 fl.oz./cwt will be adhered to, at an additional cost of $0.02/lb.
